Booking Terms

Last updated November 2, 2026

These terms cover stays you book directly with T2G Vacation Rentals (Tenants2Guest) on this site. Bookings made on Airbnb or VRBO follow that platform’s terms, plus our house rules.

Your booking

Your booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation and your payment is accepted. The nightly rate, taxes, fees, payment schedule and any security deposit are shown in your quote before you pay.

The number of guests may not go over the maximum shown on the listing.

Rental agreement and house rules

Every guest signs a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions. The rental agreement and our house rules are part of these terms. If anything here conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the rental agreement wins.

The short version of the house rules: no smoking inside (a $1,000 fine applies), no parties, quiet hours from 10pm to 8am, and only emotional support animals, with documentation.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation policies vary by home and length of stay. The policy for your home is shown on the property page and in your quote before you confirm, and that is the policy that applies.

Check-in, check-out and the address

Check-in and check-out times are on each listing. The exact address and check-in instructions are sent after booking, once the rental agreement is signed. Early check-in and late checkout are by request, as the house rules explain.

Damage

You are responsible for damage to the home or its contents during your stay, beyond normal wear and tear. Charges for damage or rule violations are handled as your rental agreement describes.

Our side

We will deliver the home clean, ready and as described. If something breaks or is not right during your stay, tell us and we will work to fix it quickly. If a home becomes unavailable for reasons on our side, we will offer you a comparable home or refund the nights you could not use.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings, for injuries from careless use of the home or its amenities, or for interruptions outside our control, such as utility, internet or city outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
