About T2G

T2G, short for Tenants2Guest, is a small, local hosting team in San Jose. We run 13 fully furnished homes across San Jose and Santa Clara, from Japantown and Downtown to a few minutes from Levi’s Stadium, and we look after every one of them ourselves.

How we started

We started in 2019 managing Airbnbs for other owners. In 2020 we leased our first home to host ourselves, and we have grown one home at a time since. Since February 2020 we have hosted more than 2,400 stays.

Who you’ll deal with

T2G is run by Carlos Ramirez together with co-owner Cesar Gonzalez. Carlos handles bookings and guest messages, in English or Spanish.

Our own local housekeeping team of three cleans every home and checks it after every checkout, so the next guest walks into a home someone has actually looked over.

Our track record

We are an Airbnb Superhost with 4.75 stars on 1,200+ guest reviews over 7 years of hosting. You can read every one of them on our public Airbnb host profile.

Why book direct

The homes on this site are the same homes we list on Airbnb and VRBO. Booking here skips the platform fees, so you pay 10% less, and you deal with us from the first message. See all homes.
