House Rules
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement before receiving check-in instructions.
No Smoking
ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed inside! $1,000 fine if smell of cigarette or marijuana smoke is detected inside. We ask that you please not smoke on the front patio as well.
Early Check-Ins
Early check-ins are FREE but not guaranteed. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early. Availability depends on whether we have a guest the night before, so please don't ask until 24 hours before your reservation.
Late Checkouts
Late checkouts must be approved by us. If you would like a late checkout, please let us know at least 12 hours before checkout time. $25 for early approval of late checkout. $45 if approved for a same-day late checkout. If you stay past your 11am checkout time without approval, you will be charged for the next night's stay at the listing's full price. If possible and approved, late checkout will be until 12:00pm.
Cleaning
The cleaning fee you pay covers cleaning the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional fee — the price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home; simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it.
Maintenance
Sometimes unforeseen issues arise, but rest assured we'll take care of you. We ask that all our guests be patient and understanding in this regard. If a previous guest damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check-in, we will try our best to get someone out there ASAP.
No Parties
We have a STRICT anti-party policy. There is a camera at the entrance and a noise detector inside. If there is a party of any kind, police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property — no refunds. We're completely OK with small, respectful gatherings as long as quiet hours (10pm–8am) are respected. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1,000.
Overnight Guests
No overnight guests without host approval. There will be a $50 charge per unauthorized guest per night.
No Mail Delivery
No mail can be delivered to the property — we do not have access to the mailbox due to security and privacy concerns. Packages to the door are OK.
Towels & Linens
Please do not use the towels to remove makeup. There are special "makeup" towels put out for that. Any and all missing or damaged items (i.e. sheets and towels) will be charged at retail price through your booking platform as part of our process.
No Illegal Activity
Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property. Please let us know if you break or damage something. We promise we won't get upset — we'd actually appreciate it :)
Respect the Home & Quiet Hours
Please treat this home as if it were your own and be respectful of our quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
Pets
Only ESA pets are allowed, with documentation proof.
- We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need when you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper), but further supplies — especially for long-stay bookings — need to be purchased on your own.
- Video surveillance is installed outside the home only.
