Building, elevator and apt access

We do not reside in the complex, but we are really good at communication and we will be in contact with you via airbnb messages.

This beautiful new building is located on the cusp of San Jose and Campbell. Perfectly located within 10 miles of SJC, hospitals and many popular downtown areas like DT Campbell, DT San Jose, DT Saratoga and DT Los Gatos.

There is a parking garage with 1 parking spot reserved for you. If you have another car you will have to wait until after 5pm and you may grab a spot that opens up on a 1st come 1st serve basis. There’s also street parking available.

Your unit is on the 2nd floor, you can choose to use the elevator or stairs.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
