Our space will make you feel right at home, it has a very home like feeling. Our guests tend to enjoy reading books on the outside patio.

You guys have access to the parking lot in the back and the patio out front. Washer/Dryer is shared amongst the other 3 tenants that live there.

We do not reside on the complex, but we are really good at replying to messages via AirBnB.

We are a part of a quiet neighborhood in Downtown San Jose, near great restaurants, shopping centers, the SJC airport, and easy quick access to the freeway.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
