Enjoy our beautiful fully furnished apartment located in the heart of Downtown San Jose, near San Jose State University, great restaurants, shopping centers, SJC airport, and easy quick access to the freeway! Our space is the perfect place for you to unwind after a long day of work, school or adventures as we are nestled in a quiet complex. Only street parking is available for this unit.

Our beautiful hardwood modern space comes complete with a spacious bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed and a small dresser for your clothes; bathroom with automatic lights, fully equipped kitchen and a living room for you to make yourself feel right at home. The back door will lead you to a flight of stairs that lead you to the laundry room. Please note that this suite does not come with a balcony. Only street parking is available for this unit.

You guys have access to the parking lot in the back and the patio out front. Washer/Dryer is shared amongst the other 3 tenants that live there.

We do not reside in the complex, but we are really good at communication and we will be in contact with you via airbnb messages.

If you are looking for a place that is in a great, quiet location that is near everything, then look no further! From our space you can take a 5 minute walk to get some tacos, a 5 minute jog to SJSU, a 10 minute drive to Santana Row and a short 10 minute drive to the SJC airport.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
