You'll have access to the ADU only with 2 separate private entrances that you may use to get back there. You'll also have your own set of trash bins to dispose of your garbage.

We do not reside on the property but we are really good at communication and we will be in contact with you via Airbnb messages if you need any help.

This is an ADU behind the main house. Please be respectful of the tenants in the home and do not try to enter into any of their spaces.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
